What do we wonder...
Teacher does not only impart academic knowledge in young children, however, teacher guide young children through the process of developing their P.L.I.E.S.S (holistically). Children learn self-help skill, problem solving as well as civil and moral values thus boasting up their self esteem and creativity.
Our response...
We tried our very best to explain but there are just time when parents just can't accept it :(
We would try to cater to their wants as much as possible and lend our hands till the extend that we can do, also suggesting other means and ways.
We do realized that parents like to complains and compares our programs to primary school without prior knowledge. We strongly feel that parents are trying to push their children's limits despite the child's ability.
We feel that parents should somehow or rather let their child enjoy their childhood rather than giving them stress. [Give them a break... Let them have a kit kat (",)]
Our minds...
YES, we always feel like changing and moving along with the current ECE curriculum by attending courses, seminars, workshops, doing research and extending our networks.
We know that we are not perfect, but we are trying our best to give the children the best!!!
